The Standards for Excellence program is our foundational initiative to promote excellence and best practices in the management, finances and human resources development of the Catholic Church in the U.S.  Almost ten thousand copies of the Standards For Excellence: An Ethics and Accountability Code for Catholic Parishes, Dioceses and Nonprofits have been distributed.  To date we have a total of 317 Partners in Excellence representing 24 dioceses and 15 Catholic nonprofits.

ChurchEpedia.org is an encyclopedia of temporal best practices in Church management, finance, human resources and communications. ChurchEpedia works best when all members of the Church contribute examples of what works in their respective parishes, schools, dioceses and other Catholic organizations.

In partnership with the National Federation of Priests’ Councils and the National Association of Church Personnel Administrators, Catholic Leadership 360 is an assessment tool and leadership development program for ordained and lay leaders.

In collaboration with Saint Thomas More Catholic Chapel & Center at Yale University, ESTEEM is a nationwide program to develop the leadership skills of young Catholic students at private, Catholic, and secular colleges and universities across the nation.
Resources for diocesan and parish planning providing a simple and effective way for pastoral councils, finance councils, pastoral staff and parishioners to discuss issues of Church management in their parish or diocese.

The Pastors Toolbox

With Seton Hall University, this is an innovative program designed to help equip new pastors for some of the complex challenges they will face in a 21st century parish.
